We deliver programs under the NDIS. Our programs support people with disability to build skills and capability to ensure they can participate in leading a meaningful life.
Mercy Connect have a service area spanning across the Riverina/Murray, Central West and New England areas of New South Wales.
We specialise in working with both children and adults.
We support people who:
Have intellectual disability
Have complex needs including mental health issues
Have autism
Live with acquired brain injury who have high physical and medical needs
Exhibit behaviours of concern
Have sensory disabilities
Through our programs and services, we aim to ensure our participants are respected and given the right time and needed support.
Mercy Connect Head Office is located in Thurgoona, just a short drive off the Hume Highway and a 5 minute drive from Lavington.
