We can become exhausted psychologically as well as physically. During this session, we will discuss some of the practices we can use to help us to regain our energy and avoid psychological burnout.
Richard Brown is a local Psychologist and founder of Step Psychology, a busy practice with 10 practitioners servicing the Albury Wodonga community. As a Psychologist, he sees people for help with a variety of presenting concerns but maintains a particular interest in trauma, grief, resilience and leadership coaching. Richard is also a Director of Black Dog Ride, a national charity organisation that works to raise awareness of mental health and suicide prevention.
