Power and Purpose of Processes
How do processes relate to projects? Why are they so important to get right? Who should be doing them?
Projects big and small have a lot of moving parts. There is a lot to coordinate to get from start to finish and achieve a successful project. That is the reason projects are broken down into small, more digestible pieces know as projects phases or processes.
Come hear how a project implementation manager and a process improvement manger work together to insure their projects have every chance to achieve the benefits their organisation.
