This is for you if you dread public speaking and avoid it as much as possible. At the same you know it’s a valuable life skill so it’s worth putting the effort in to step outside your comfort zone. You may have limited experience speaking in public or have a bit of experience but want to learn the basics. This session will help you to build your confidence and learn foundational public speaking skills to get you started.
